BETSY L. DOMINY The Morning Call Betsy L. Dominy, 39, of Millsboro, Del., died Tuesday in Peninsula General Hospital, Salisbury, Md., after a car accident on Route 13 near Foskey, Delmar, Md. She was the wife of Mark D. Dominy. She was a business development manager for Sam's Club, Salisbury.Born in Danville, N.J., she was a daughter of N. Wells and Betty-Jane Gow of Bethlehem. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Lebanon. Survivors: Husband and parents; brother Allan of Alexandria, Va.; sisters, Judith Peffley of Lebanon and Allison of Bethlehem, and maternal grandmother, Helen Kolb of Providence, R.I.Services: 2 p.m. Saturday, Short Funeral Home, 13 E. Grove St., Delmar, Del. Call 7-9 p.m. Friday and 1-2 p.m. Saturday.
